Project Coordinator - Roseburg Job Type: Full-Time Location: Roseburg, OR Last Updated: 01/02/2013 Job Description: Performs loan servicing activities such as creating loan documents, booking loans, auditing loans and GL accounts. Ensures documents confirming secured status of loans are filed and tracked. Processes loan payments and payoffs. Resolves customer problems. Tracks insurance payments, researches loan issues and completes SBA reporting. Actively learns, demonstrates and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words. Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. Embraces our vision to become \"The World''s Greatest Bank\". Works on assignments that are extremely complex and specialized in nature where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may supervise the activities of other non-exempt personnel. Requires specialized knowledge of the function/department, intermediate arithmetic skills, ability to use PC and relevant software and equipment, read difficult instructions and maintain written records. An AA degree or equivalent. Ability to demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and apply to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Must be able to keep up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required, annual required, or job-specific training.
